Instructions for Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at Fantasy Jewelry Box! We are proud to offer our customers a 30-Day Hassle Free Return & Exchange Policy to assure that you receive the absolute best customer service there is to offer! In order to qualify for a return or exchange, a few simple rules do apply.
- First, absolutely no returns or exchanges can be accepted if the original tags are removed from the merchandise. Any merchandise received that shows obvious signs of tampering or removal of original tags will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
- Second, all returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of ship date. All sale or clearance items must be postmarked within 10 days of ship date. When mailing your package, please note that we will only accept packages using our preferred mailing service, USPS (United States Postal Service). All returns or exchanges mailed using UPS, FedEx, DHL and packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- Please remember that your return or exchange must accompany your order's original invoice. Any merchandise that is returned without its proper documentation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- It is important to mail your return or exchange in protective packaging such as a box or bubble mailer to insure that the merchandise is not damaged during the shipping process. Fantasy Jewelry Box will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise due to lack of care or improper handling.

Finally, merchandise received that is damaged, scratched or shows visible wear will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please understand that absolutely no exceptions will be made to this policy. Any merchandise mailed to us that does not follow these guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Special Note: If your return or exchange drops your final purchase amount below the minimum amount to qualify for a free gift such as our famous '1 Carat Sterling Silver Studs for Orders Over $50' offer (a $12.95 value), gift certificates or any other offers of value, a full credit cannot be issued. Your final purchase must still meet our "Free Gift" guidelines and failure to do so will result in your final credit accompanying a deduction of the gift's total value.
- If you wish to make an exchange rather than a return, simply list the items in which you would like in exchange on the original invoice included within your package. Please also include the exchanged item's price along with any sizing and color information needed to complete your exchange. Typically, all exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your returned package.
