If your order arrives and contains any incorrect, damaged or defective items, we require that you notify our Customer Service Department via phone or email within five days of receipt. This will ensure that your replacement order will be expedited to quickly correct the situation. In most cases, a pre-paid postage label will be emailed or mailed to you depending on your chosen method in order for you to return the items for a speedy replacement. Please remember that if you contact us after the required five day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you.
If your return drops your final purchase amount below the minimum amount to qualify for a free gift such as our famous '1 Carat Sterling Silver Studs for Orders Over $50' offer, we ask that you include the free gift with your returned merchandise. If you are making an exchange, you may keep the free gift as long as your exchange amount meets the required minimum amount.
Any items marked "special order" or "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. These items also do not fall under our normal 30 day warranty. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement.
Any package sent back marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" is automatically ineligible for a refund. Store credit will be issued for merchandise.
