Returns & Exchanges

Print your return label:

  • Please go to to print your prepaid return label. Use of this label will deduct $3.95 from your return.
  • Please include your order # inside your package upon return.

Holiday Return Policy: Between November 15th and December 31st, the return window is extended for 60 days!

If you would like to exchange an item, follow the link above to obtain your return label. Upon receipt of your return we will process a free exchange. Please note on the enclosed packing slip what size you would like to exchange for and we will mail it to you free of charge pending inventory availability.

Any returned merchandise received that is damaged, scratched or shows visible wear will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please understand that absolutely no exceptions will be made to this policy. Any merchandise mailed to us that does not follow these guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

All returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your returned package. 

Special Notes:

If your order arrives and contains any incorrect, damaged or defective items, we require that you notify our Customer Service Department via email within five days of receipt. This will ensure that your replacement order will be expedited to quickly correct the situation. In most cases,a pre-paid postage label will be emailed or mailed to you depending on your chosen method in order for you to return the items for a speedy replacement. Please remember that if you contact us after the required five day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you. 

Any items marked "special order" or "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged items may be replaced within a year of the purchase date.
